Equipment Needed: You’ll need a water container, a mat, and an period timer.
How to proceed: Perform this workout 4x weekly on non-consecutive times to start to see the best results. Browse the Youtube videos below for proper form.
Exercises: Perform each exercise in the next circuit for 20 mere seconds, accompanied by a 10 second rest. Feel the circuit 2x. 8 minutes total.
