Abdominal, Shoulder, and Tricep Toning Workout
Equipment Needed: yoga exercise type mat; 2-4 units of dumbbells of varying weights
HOW TO PROCEED: Watch all video demonstrations before you begin this workout. Perform all models of 1 exercise before shifting to another exercise. Rest 45 mOre seconds between pieces and before switching exercises. Start out with the heaviest group of dumbbells and reduce excess weight with each set.
Beginner’s Level: 1 collection each exercise Intermediate Level: 2 models of each exercise HIGHER LEVEL: 3 sets of every exercise
1. Alternating Leg Lifts – 20 res 2. Air Bikes – 10 reps each side 3. Front Raises – 12 repetitions each set 4. Part Lateral Raises – 12 reps 5. Shrugs – 10 reps 6. Tricep Kick Backs – 12 reps
